Dear Jason and Amy,

We wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves and share a little about why we fell in love with your home.We are Zach and Ashley Spear, along with our two young boys (and one more on the way!).

Over the past few years, our family has grown, our business has grown, and so has our desire to create a space where we can truly plant roots. A place where our boys can run, explore, and imagine. A space where we can host the people we love and build memories that last.

When we walked through your home, it was immediately clear that it was filled with care and character. From the outdoor oasis to the thoughtful details throughout — the chandelier in the girl’s room, the Packers sign on the way up to the ADU, and that incredible backyard... we could easily picture our family thriving here.

We imagined our boys playing in the yard, late summer dinners under the stars, holiday gatherings, and all kinds of celebrations with friends and family. We love to host (our friends might say a little too much!) and couldn’t help but picture the joy this home would bring to the people in our lives.

Your home offers something that’s hard to find: enough space to live expansively, yet still connected to the heart of the community. And it’s clear that it’s been loved and well cared for, which makes us even more grateful for the opportunity to be considered as a family, we value community, faith, and time together above all else. We have deep roots here in North County and are very active in our home church in Bressi Ranch. This is where we plan to be for the long haul and we’re eager to continue building a life here. 🏡
